Acceptance of Operating Conditions
By accessing TerraNodePath.digital or utilizing any node systems analysis tools provided herein, you enter into a binding legal contract between yourself (the "User") and TerraNodePath. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately cease all interactions with our digital infrastructure and analytics endpoints.
Access constitutes a full acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Authorized Infrastructure Usage
Our platform provides specialized analytics for infrastructure path optimization. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the data and tools provided, subject to the following restrictions:
Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer the proprietary node systems logic or pathflow algorithms used for capacity planning.

Limitation of Professional Liability
TerraNodePath provides data visualizations and infrastructure recommendations based on real-time node polling and historical datasets. While we strive for absolute technical precision, all insights are provided "as-is."
In no event shall TerraNodePath, its engineers, or its partners in Bangkok be liable for any systemic downtime, data loss, or secondary infrastructure failures resulting from the implementation of suggested path optimizations.
The User maintains sole responsibility for validating all optimization pathways within a controlled sandbox environment before deploying them to live production node systems.

Proprietary Technical Assets
All visual interfaces, custom charting scripts, predictive modeling frameworks, and the conceptual "pathway optimization" logic found on TerraNodePath.digital are the intellectual property of TerraNodePath. No part of this interface may be reproduced or mirrored without written clearance from our Bangkok 15 headquarters.
Trademarks
TerraNodePath and the path-node visual logo are registered service marks used in the IT analytics sector.
Copyrights
All generated reports and infrastructure insights are copyrighted material produced for exclusive client use.

Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate access to our analytics suite at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
